find:  in search of what is already a part of you and inside your heart. Staying open and curious to the endless possibilities and trying what works for you and your body and then trying again. Each on our own individual journey using your breath as the guide.

your: moving with purpose, intention and in alignment with your values, your heart. Listening to how your body responds with subtle sensations as you begin to move with awareness.

Flow: moving authentically, breathing intentionally, listening to the sensations of your body. Expressing creativity and tapping into intuition. Being brave to show up as you are, riding the waves of life on and off your mat.
